My stay at Trang An Ecolodge was delightful. The staff were incredibly warm, providing personalized assistance with my itinerary and ensuring I had everything I needed. The peaceful surroundings and stunning mountain views from my room made for a truly relaxing experience.

i had the absolute displeasure of staying at this so-called ecolodge. not only did i hear barking dogs all night, but food prices were laughable! i almost thought about giving a good review until the front desk ignored my request for a complimentary upgrade. how rude! i expect better, truly.

the outdoor space is wonderfully relaxing with amazing views of the gardens. it's a bit dark on the road at night.

A Tranquil Stay with Room for Improvement

The spacious King Room with Balcony provided a stunning view of the surrounding lush landscapes. Biking through the area was enjoyable, despite the bike quality. Although the food had highlights, like the tasty spring rolls, improvements are needed for certain dishes. Consider bringing snacks if you're picky!

The 'cave' bathroom in room 104 looked nice, but the slippery floor was uncomfortable!!! It’s a shame the outdoor fires created smoke that permeated the rooms!!! Maintenance could improve the bike quality for exploring the area more easily!!!

The picturesque landscape from our balcony was breathtaking. Plus, the helpful staff made sure we felt right at home. Clean rooms and the friendly atmosphere added to our great experience.

Although the bikes were a bit challenging to ride, the overall experience was truly enjoyable.

Friendly staff added warmth to the ambiance, and hot wok dishes from the restaurant were delicious, though I found the food could use a touch more seasoning. However, the free bicycles provided were of low quality, making it difficult to explore the area fully. Additionally, the sewage smell from the bathroom was quite off-putting and detracted from overall comfort.

It was just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Ninh Binh with great value for money. The gardens were beautiful and provided a peaceful spot to relax after a day of exploring. Consider renting a scooter for easier access to nearby attractions.

the swimming pool was too cold for a swim. but the breakfast had a wide selection and the staff was super friendly. I loved that the property has a lush garden and bikes for rent. Definitely an enjoyable stay!

great stay but minor improvements needed

The outdoor bathroom offered a unique experience with a superb rainfall shower that was refreshing. Our spacious triple room came with comfortable beds and high ceilings, allowing us to unpack easily. The gardens were a lovely place to explore, providing a beautiful view of the natural surroundings.

The location, while peaceful, could be a bit more conveniently accessible from local attractions.
